• All TTW products include a Personal & Commercial Use Licence. Be it Gifted, Purchased or obtains FREE via a code.
• TTW products may be used on Paid, Free & Public Avatars.
• All assets must be used on finished avatars only and must not be distributed as standalone files.
• NSFW assets may not be used on Public Avatars.
• Free & Public Avatars: When using a TTW Body or Head Base, all NSFW mesh must be cut and removed before publication.
• Products may only be used in VRCHAT
• Do not leak, copy, replicate, resell, redistribute, share, or otherwise provide access to TTW products or their original files, nor attempt to do so.
• No AI use: TTW products may not be used with generative AI, AI art, AI animation, training, or datasets. Breaches will result in loss of commercial rights and future purchasing access.
• If a payment dispute or chargeback results in a full refund being issued, access and licence rights associated with that refunded purchase will be revoked.
• TTW products may not be used to create, promote, or distribute content that targets or degrades others through racism, body shaming, discriminatory hate speech, harassment, or similar hateful conduct. Breaches may result in revocation of access to the products involved and a ban applied for future TTW purchases.

• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at checkout. Providing false, misleading, impersonated, or intentionally incorrect information is a breach of these Terms and may result in access or licence being revoked.
• Purchasing a TTW product gives you a licence to use that product under these Terms only. You are purchasing permission to use the product; you are not purchasing ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to the original product.
• Reviews must be truthful, accurate, and based on the product itself. Do not knowingly submit false or misleading reviews, including reviews based solely on user error. Product issues should be reported through TTW support so they can be investigated.

PROVISION OF INCORRECT INFORMATION

Checkout information is required to assign the product licence to an identifiable user. A purchase or licence key alone does not identify who is authorised to use the product within VRChat or commercially. The information provided at checkout allows TTW to verify ownership, commercial use, and identify the licensed user if files are leaked or redistributed.

Providing false, misleading, or intentionally incorrect information may result in product access being revoked and the associated account/email being restricted from future purchases.

To request reinstatement, you must open a TTW Discord ticket, provide proof of purchase, and supply the correct information for licence verification. Reinstatement is subject to review and is not guaranteed. You may use the Ban Appeal forum also - subjection BAN APPEALS

• You must credit TheThiccWitch and link directly to the product used for commercial use
• VTubers & Streamers: TTW products may be used in your content, but you may not claim TTW assets or designs as your own original or official artwork.
• Do not gatekeep TTW products. If asked which TTW product you used, you must provide the appropriate creator/product credit.
• Do not claim TTW products as your own, remove or alter TTW watermarks/branding, or redistribute the original product or its files in any form.

• TTW products are made for VRChat using Unity 2022+
• Basic Unity and/or Blender knowledge are required to use the product you purchase.
• Ensure you have the required software, tools, and compatible versions before purchasing.
• TTW and its staff provide product support and can assist with compatible program versions, setup, troubleshooting, and product-related questions. Please report any bugs or issues found so they can be investigated, documented, and fixed where applicable.

• These restrictions apply to TTW Assets only. TTW Head & Body Bases may be fully retextured for personal or commercial use.
• Asset textures may be edited for personal and commercial use, but you may not fully retexture, recreate, or replace the original/core textures.
• You may edit the provided textures in photoshop or you may edit the textures in another image-editing software.
• You may add patterns, logos, decals, names, overlays, or other custom details.
• You may splice or combine parts of the provided textures for your own permitted use.
• Substance Painter or similar software may be used to create masks, patterns, decals, or additional details. It may not be used to recreate or replace the original/core asset texture.
• The original normal map must be used. You may not recreate or replace the core normal map.
• TTW logos or branding may not be removed, replaced, or altered, including branding contained within textures or normal maps.
• Edited or customised texture files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed as standalone files without direct permission from TTW.
• You may create your own masks or additional customisation options.
• Custom texture assistance may be requested through the TTW server free of charge, subject to my availability.

• You may not heavily modify a TTW asset beyond recognition.
• Optimisation edits are permitted.
• You may decimate or alter the final poly count based on your preferences or as required for optimisation, including creating Green-rated avatars in VRChat.
• Clearly separated components supplied with an asset (e.g. top, skirt, shoes) may be used individually.
• You may not extract individual design elements for separate use (e.g. using only the sleeves from a top, bows, trims, straps, hardware, or other attached details).
• You may not extract parts of a TTW asset to create a new standalone asset.
• TTW products may be refitted to Head or Body base within VRCHAT

• TTW Body & Head Bases may be used on Public, Free, Nitro, and Paid avatars.
• For Public and Free avatars, all NSFW mesh must be removed before uploading or distribution.
• You may decimate or alter the poly count for optimisation.
• TTW Body Bases may be converted into furry bases for personal or commercial use.
• Do not splice TTW Bases with other body or head bases. You may not remove or replace parts using another base (e.g. Marilynn breasts on the E-Girl Base). This applies to Body and Head Bases.
• TTW Body & Head Bases have NO retexture restrictions. You may completely redesign, repaint, or retexture them for personal or commercial use.
• You may edit, sculpt, and transform TTW Bases to suit your design and creative needs.
• You may create skin textures, tattoos, makeup, body details, normals, masks, or other texture modifications using any software, including Substance Painter, Procreate, Krita, Photoshop, or similar programs.
• You may create and sell original textures made for TTW Bases, provided no TTW source files are redistributed with them.
• Edits cannot be sold.
• Ensure you use the provided UNITY Tools for the Marilynn base.
• The Aphrodite Base is not longer for sale, and cannot be obtained. Discontinued July 10th 2026.

• You may not resell, redistribute, replicate, or release this avatar as your own product, whether edited or unedited.
• Scratch made avatar exclusive assets may not be extracted or reused.
• You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original avatar or its design, regardless of any edits made.
• This avatar may not be uploaded or distributed as a Public avatar.
• You may customise the avatar for personal use, including changing clothing, accessories, textures, colours, materials, and other details.
• You may add compatible assets from other creators, provided you have the appropriate rights or licences to use them.
• You may not strip, dismantle, or extract the avatar's components to create another avatar, base, or standalone product.
• You may not use the avatar as a template or foundation for creating a new commercial avatar.
• Head swaps and body swaps are not permitted.
• Any permitted modification remains an edit of the original TTW avatar, you cannot claim the avatar as a personal even after editing.

• Both the client and commissioned artist must own the TTW product being used. Each person must have their own valid purchase from the TTW store.
• If either person does not own the required product, TTW may provide a discount code for them to purchase their own licence.
• TTW products may be edited or refitted to another avatar base for commission work.
• Once ownership is verified, the edited/refitted files may be transferred between the client and commissioned artist for completion and delivery of the commission.
• Do not share TTW files with anyone who does not own the product. Proof of purchase may be required before files are transferred.
• Products made by other creators remain subject to their own Terms of Service.

Commercial Licensing Clarification

This requirement is in place to prevent accidental file leakage or unauthorised distribution during commission work. Requiring both parties to own the TTW product ensures that any files exchanged during the commission are only transferred between legally licensed users.

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Duplicate purchases may be exchanged for a product or TTW coupon of equal value.

An exchange will only be considered where:

• The duplicate product has not been downloaded.
• Both purchases can be verified.
• The request relates to a genuine duplicate purchase of the same product for the same recipient.
• The exchange request is made before any files from the duplicate purchase are accessed or downloaded.

Once a product has been downloaded, it is not eligible for exchange.
