7. Made for VRChat Avatars in Unity 2022+ ( Made for VRCHAT ONLY) DO NOT IMPORT MY WORK TO OTHER PLATFORMS/GAMES
8. YOU MUST BE 18 TO PURCHASE FROM ME! & use TTW products.
9. You must have a basic understanding of Unity/Blender to purchase.
10. Do not gatekeep the avatar/asset.
11. Do not use my work, assets or avatars as part of generative, animated AI or AI ART. In doing so you will not be able to use my work commercially and will be blocked from purchasing further.
12. If you are banned from purchasing or banned from the server, you CANNOT use previously bought asset commercially.
13. Provide the correct information at checkout, I hold the right to revoke access. See below for a further description.

Provision of Incorrect Information

If false, misleading, or otherwise incorrect information is provided at the time of purchase, your access to the product will be revoked, and your account and associated email address will be permanently banned. You will also receive an email notification regarding the removal of access.

To request reinstatement, you must join our Discord server and submit a ticket with valid proof of purchase for review. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and will be granted solely at our discretion.

Terms of Use & Enforcement

By purchasing or accessing any products from this store, you agree to use them in accordance with these terms.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate access, or revoke licenses to any products without prior notice if a user is found to be in violation of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in unauthorized distribution, leaking, ripping, reselling, sharing of files, submitting false or malicious reviews, or any abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.

Any violation may result in permanent revocation of access to all purchased products, without refund, and restriction from future purchases.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME, CHANGES WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA THE DISCORD SERVER.

Texture Usage Terms

• You are not permitted to fully retexture any asset.
• A hue-shiftable version is provided with each product. You may use this in an editing program to achieve your desired colours.
• You may edit textures using image editing software (e.g. Photoshop) or the provided PSD file included with each product.
• You may add personal elements such as names, logos, patterns, or similar overlays.
• You may splice or combine parts of the provided textures for personal use.
• You are not permitted to recreate or retexture the asset in Substance Painter or similar software.
• You must use the original normal map provided. Altering or replacing the normal map is not permitted.
• You are not permitted to remove, alter, or replace my logo under any circumstances. This includes both the texture and the normal map.
• If you require masks or additional customization options, you may create them yourself.
• For custom textures or commissions, please contact me via my server. - FREE (Varies upon availability of myself)

Intellectual Property & Protection

All textures, materials, and associated assets remain the intellectual property of the creator TheThiccWitch.

These restrictions are in place to prevent unauthorized redistribution, asset theft, or misrepresentation of ownership. Any attempt to remove identifying elements (including logos), recreate the textures in external software, or otherwise claim the work as your own is considered a violation of these terms.

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access to all products, restriction from future purchases, DMCA takedown and further action where applicable.

Asset Terms of Service (ToS)

• By purchasing or using this product, you agree to the following terms:

1. You may not replicate, redistribute, leak, share, or resell TTW products in any form.
2. You may not claim TTW products as your own, even if edited.

• You may not modify the asset in a way that makes it significantly unrecognizable from the original design. You may reduce the poly count for optimization.

1. You may not remove, alter, or replace my logo under any circumstances.
2. You may not use TTW products for AI training, generative AI, or AI-generated content.
3. Violation will result in loss of commercial rights and restriction from future purchases.
4. Where an outfit or asset includes clearly separated components (e.g. top, skirt, shoes), you may use those components individually on avatars.
5. This applies only to intended full components provided with the product.
6. You may not isolate or extract small elements (e.g. bows, trims, decals) for standalone use.
7. You may not extract, combine, or modify parts to create new standalone assets, whether for personal use or commercial.

These Terms of Service are implemented to safeguard intellectual property rights, prevent unauthorized distribution or misuse, and establish clear usage guidelines. Continued use of these products constitutes agreement to these terms.

• This base may be used on public, free, Nitro, and paid avatars.
• For public and free avatars, all NSFW mesh must be removed prior to uploading.
• You may reduce the poly count for optimization.
• You may convert the Aphrodite base into a furry base for commercial use.

Avatar Restrictions

1. You may not replicate or resell this avatar as your own product under any circumstances.
2. You may not reuse “avatar-only” assets outside of this avatar.
3. You may not claim this avatar as your own, even if edited.
4. You may not upload this avatar as public, as this directly violates VRChat Terms of Service and TTW TOS. A DMCA will be issued.

Avatar Edits

1. Light edits are permitted, including adding clothing, accessories, textures, or minor adjustments.
2. You may customize the avatar for personal or commercial use, provided the original design remains clearly recognizable.
3. You may not strip the avatar down to a base or heavily reduce it and present it as a new or original asset.
4. Any such modification will still be considered an edit of this avatar, and all original Terms of Service continue to apply.
5. You may not heavily edit the avatar in a way that significantly alters its core design or structure.
6. You may not perform head swaps or body swaps using this avatar.

All avatars sold on this store are original works designed and created by me. Approximately 95%–100% of each product consists of original, handmade content.

1. All parties involved in a commission must legally own all assets used in the final product, including bases, clothing, and accessories.
2. This applies to both the client and the commissioned artist. Assets must be properly purchased or obtained in accordance with their original Terms of Service.
3. This requirement is in place to ensure that all commercial licenses are legally obtained by both parties.
4. If one party does not own a required asset, I may provide a discount code to allow them to purchase it for the commission.
5. If an asset is obtained through a valid purchase or a code provided by me, the receiving party is considered to hold a legitimate license and may use that asset in future commercial or commission work, in accordance with the original Terms of Service.
6. Example: If a client requests a specific top to be used, but the commissioned artist does not own it, the artist must obtain the asset before it can be used.
7. Sharing files between parties is strictly prohibited. Any transfer of files, whether direct or indirect, is considered unauthorized distribution (leaking) and is a violation of these terms.
8. Under no circumstances may assets be shared, transferred, or used without proper ownership.

Commercial Licensing Clarification

This requirement is in place to ensure that all commercial licenses are legally obtained by both parties involved in the commission.

If the commissioned artist receives an asset through a valid purchase or a discount code provided by me, they are considered to hold a legitimate license for that asset.

Once properly obtained, the commissioned artist may use that asset in future commercial or commission work, in accordance with the original Terms of Service.
