16. Do not use my work, assets or avatars as part of generative, animated AI or AI ART. In doing so you will not be able to use my work commercially and will be blocked from purchasing further.

Provision of Incorrect Information

If false, misleading, or otherwise incorrect information is provided at the time of purchase, your access to the product will be revoked, and your account and associated email address will be permanently banned. You will also receive an email notification regarding the removal of access.

To request reinstatement, you must join our Discord server and submit a ticket with valid proof of purchase for review. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and will be granted solely at our discretion.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be pinged in the Coven Discord server once updated on my Payhip page.

Re-Texutre TOS

1. DO NOT REDO THE ENTIRE TEXTURE
2. I provide a hueshiftable version for every asset, you may use this in an editing program to get your desired color
3. You may splice the provided textures in photoshop for parts but I do not allow the retexture in Substance painter
4. DO NOT REMOVE MY LOGO - this includes from the texture and normal map
5. If you need masks you can make them
6. If you need a custom texture contact me via my server
7. You may add names, logos, patterns etc to the textures
8. DO NOT REPLACE MY LOGO

1. Do not replicate & resell as your own product
2. Do not re- texture my work.
3. I don't allow edits that make the asset look un-like the purchasable asset.
4. Do not claim product as yours, even if edited
5. Do not share/leak under any circumstances
6. TTW Server Free Assets are under PAID ASSET TOS!

8. You can kitbash/splice ANY TTW Hair

Usage of Assets

You may use my assets as they are intended, including applying individual pieces to your avatars (for example, using the sleeves from the Coven Couture dress).

However, you are not permitted to:

• Take parts of an asset and modify or combine them to create a “new” asset.
• Slice, crop, or repurpose sections of an existing item (e.g., removing the hood and sleeves from a hoodie to turn it into a shirt).
• Redistribute or resell altered parts as standalone assets.
• You may use pre separated meshes from an OUTFIT SET

All assets must be used in their original form as purchased. Both parties must own the asset for commissioning.

2. You can convert the Aphrodite base into a furry base for commercial use!
3. Retexture TOS does not apply to BASES
4. Do not sell edits of the Aphrodite Base, you can commission a sculpt/edit by someone (both parties NEED to own the base)
5. Do not sell avatars with TTW Bases by splicing my base with another base, you can do this for personal use not not commercial (Swapping out parts for another base)

11. You CANNOT take parts from it to add to personals or onto other avatars AT ALL.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide exchanges in specific cases.

Eligible Exchanges

• You accidentally purchased the same TTW product more than once.
• You own a product and also received the same one as a gift.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Open a ticket in our Discord server.
2. Provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt & email).
3. Our team will review and verify your request.

Exchange Options

• Select another asset of equal value, or
• Receive a coupon code for the same amount, which may be applied to a future purchase.

Conditions

• The order must show no downloads to qualify for an exchange.
• Once approved, access to the previous order will be revoked.
• Requests must be submitted within [3-5 days] of the duplicate purchase.

Refund Attempts

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment through PayPal (or another payment provider) after an exchange has been granted will result in a permanent purchase ban from our store.
